Hi we are looking for a housemate to share our home with.

We are two 24 and 26 year old professional females who work fulltime and are looking for a similar female to share with.

The room is unfurnished, pretty big with a built in robe. The bathroom is shared with one other person.

The house is a 2 storey townhouse located in Maylands across from the river and the golf course. We have a shared pool in the complex and 2 allocated parking bays with plenty of additional visitor bays. We also have a security gate at the front of the property and plenty of great neighbours. The rest of the house is fully furnished but we would consider if you have things you wanted to bring.

We are ideally looking for someone that works full time or close to full time (no students), female, clean and easy going. No couples and no pets.

Rent is $160p/w plus bills (bills are divided by 3 and never that much). Bond will need to be paid upfront too.
