The complex has resort facilities which includes a pool spa sauna residents lounge and games room with pool table. Red CAT stop is at the doorstep.Unfortunately there is No Car Bay available at the complex. Only street parking is available.The available room is furnished (Queen size bed and built in wardrobe) and opens into a shared balcony. Bathroom to be shared with one other person. Wireless broadband is available if required. The rent is $225 per weekBond is 4 weeks rent and expenses are not included in the rent. Final approval by the managing realestate agent and owner will be required for any application to be successful.
