Hi :)I am looking for a female (or a guy if youre clean tidy and not scary! lol) fly in fly out housemate. Well someone that works away a bit atleast to be honest! I like my privacy but also like company – not to mention I have a spare room (actually the master bedroom but is about the same size as mine) sitting there doing nothing with its own bathroom including a bath.If youre a nice guy and not scary or grotty like my brothers Id consider a guy too! haha.The room has ceiling to floor robes its own bathroom which is slightly bigger including a bath. Will be fully furnished with a double jarrah wooden bed bedside tables lamps etc with black and white manchester and a splash of red. If you want to bring your own furniture to furnish the bedroom that would be fine also id just need a small amount of notice. Unfortunately I have not taken photos yet as I am still getting rid of some things and setting the room up :)I really want to find the right housemate someone similar to me in that they are clean houseproud and tidy. Are not a party animal but still like to have a drink and have some fun. If you want to be left alone thats ok by me too haha. I am respectful of noise space cleaning up after myself and leaving the place clean and privacy – I would only ask the same.Bills would be discussed they would be worked out in accordance to when youre here rather than paying 50/50 of course unless you eat up power There are no bills to worry about other than water and electricity. House-hold items would also be shared cost obviously but food etc seperate. Unfortunately I do not have the internet connected as I have prepaid on my laptop which you may also want to do. Or you could connect it if you want we can discuss this for maybe a 6 month period.Rent would be paid monthly on the 15th of each month and a bond of 4 weeks would be asked.You would not have to pay for transport to have a night out as youd be 5 mins walk away into the CBD there is also the free Blue Cat Bus available. There are cafes shops parks gyms etc all around within minutes of walking. Sorry no pets of smokers and mature females only please :)I am not sure what else I can say but I LOVE living in this location.
