A 2-minute drive to the heart of Subiaco a 10 minute walk to Murray St Mall in the city. Truly an amazing flat in the best location. I am a 34 year old professional in the mining industry. I am at site at least 1-2 weeks a month (sometimes more) so you will always have some alone-time. I enjoy a drink after work sitting on the balcony watching the city light up at night. I am a vegetarian and enjoy cooking but can also just live on vegemite toast when I am feeling lazy. I am a bit of a flicker-er with the remote and will watch as many Law and Order programs as available but am happy to share I would like someone who is able to socialise and be friendly and courteous and just take life as it comes. I am easy going and non-judgemental and would like the same quality in a roommate. Honesty and rent on time are also pretty important qualities.My Lifestyle: I work hard during the week and I like to end my weekdays with a vodka tonic or glass of wine on the balcony chill out read a book jump on the net maybe watch telly and then off to bed sometimes as late as 11:00pm (such a rebel!). I am up and out by about 8:00am but early risers dont disturb me. Saturday morning is for reading the weekend paper in the sunshine on the balcony with a coffee and maybe a trip to Subi markets for fresh flowers bread and vegetables graduating to a few beers wine or cocktails and then maybe getting ready to go out for a night on the town; Sunday is just about pure laziness (I have been known to spend at least 12 hours in bed!) and doing the washing and tidying up. I am respectful of others feelings and needs have a positive outlook and am very generous with my time and energy. When it comes to being a roommate I believe that a friendly discussion can solve pretty much everything and try not to let things fester.
