We are a pretty laid back couple both professional. We are looking for $275 include all the appliance such as catering , TV , coach , washing machine , car park as we don’t have a car, gym facility, pool, barbecue, sauna and spa. Bill on top such as internet , electricity and gas.

There is a brand new white bed frame in the room it’s a queen
size but only mattress missing. You can have your own toilet but will have to share the bathroom if you don’t mind. Must be tidy , good hygiene and non smoker. We are 10 mins away from the city and Northbridge walking distance or free zone bus .
