We need a new housemate to sign a new 6 month lease with us starting late Jan.About us- Both of us girls are young professionals working close to the city. Were both social with in our separate circles of friends. Were both pretty different I am into the local music scene and out at Amps most weekends. Ive lived in a few different countries (UK and Italy) and am fairly open minded. Im not much of a homebody and like spending my weekends with my mates. Sian grew up in Qld but has been here in Perth and this apt for 2 yrs now she works in travel and gets away quite regularly. She loves to cook and her idea of the perfect Sunday is a sleep in and lazy breakfast and an afternoon of dvds.About the Apartment- The apartment is 3×2 with the current room on offer only sharing a bathroom with one other. The room has a bulit in wardrobe but no other furniture. The complex is quite social and there is normally a bbq or drinks happening at someones place most weekends. All apartments surround the Lagoon size pool and there is a gym that connects to this. The Complex is just off the City West train station and our balcony overlooks harbour town.What we want- Preferably a male. Must be employed and have a sense of humour fun and be easy to get along with (No princesses please). Must do there fare share of housework oh and if your good at fixing things thats a bonus.
