Gday! We have just got the lease for a 3 bedroom apartment on Delhi St in West Perth and are looking for a third flatmate to complete our home! The apartment is unfurnished fairly modern and spacious with a large open plan kitchen-lounge area. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms although one is an ensuite. The complex is awesome with a large swimming pool spa sauna gym and party room with pool table and eating facilities! The room we have will cost $214pw to rent not including power and other expenses. The housemate will also be added to the lease. A bit about ourselves; were two good mates (female/male) kiwis 22yo and both here in Perth as engineers. We work hard Mon-Fri but like having fun in the weekends. Both of us like to drink socially and meeting people. Were also pretty sporty-one of us plays soccer and the other netball. Were ideally looking for a young professional mid 20s and likes to have fun in the weekends as well. No gender preference. No smokers and no pets. No couples either sorry.
