Hi I am looking for a friendly easy-going independent and reliable (ie pays bills on time and helps with share of house stuff) person to share a room in 3×2. I am a busy guy and dont spend a lot of time at the apartment but like the person I am looking for could be described as friendly easy-going independent and reliable. The apartment is very cheap for what it is – it has pool spa sauna gym common area and is secure. The apartment is fully furnished. Unfortunately there is no permanent car bay only visitors car bays available. Currently there are three of us living here but as one is moving out to travel overseas Im looking for someone to take their place.
