Medium size room in 5 bed 3 bath house. OConnor is 8 mins from Freo and 15 mins from Perth. Close to Murdoch Uni and walking distance to major public transport route. House is large with total of 4 residents. I am in early 40s and work from home. I have a large dog who is part of the family and inside the house so you must enjoy the company of dogs. Chris (48)works away during the week and is home only on Sat and Sun. Kate (25) is a tour guide and is home usually about 4 days a month. You would have use of large bathroom and own toilet having to share only with Katie when she is home. Really nice quiet area with park over the road carport back patio. House is furnished room is unfurnished. Rent is $120 per week with $300 bond and shared utilities. Household is laid back enjoys a good laugh social drink. Dont want anyone who takes themselves too seriously…………
