I am looking for a housemate to live in the second bedroom of the property I am renting. $150 pw + half of the bills. Foxtel Internet and Parking available. A little Maltese Shitsu also lives in the house. You will require a bed and bedside table/drawers however there is a single built in wardrobe available room does fit a queen size bed however a double or single would fit better. The rest of the house is fully furnished. I work full time and study so I am looking for someone who I am able to get along with and will be a good housemate.
