hi , i have a double room available in a 4bed /2 bathroom house in bentley.
room and house is furnished and has air con, built in robe and car port.
rent is 170 per week and includes all bills (water,electric,gas, internet)

a cleaner also comes once a fortnight just to mop everything(i like to keep it pretty clean anyway) . this is also already included in bills.

close to public transport , bus to city and free curtin bus stops pretty much outside the house.

1 irish guy and 2 korean guys looking a housemate either male or female.

we are all easy going , clean, respectful and honest guys and are looking for similar traits .

that’s pretty much it, open to anyone from any walks of life.
