Room for rent in East Victoria Park – $160 per week. Electricity, gas and internet bills are split between 3 and paid monthly (usually works out around $200-250 per person).

Big bedroom in a 3 bedroom character house. There is 1 bathroom plus a second toilet. Dual system aircon/heater in room. We are close to the cafe strip, buses and Oats St train station.

You will have 2 friendly housemates, we are a brother and sister 23 & 25 years old. We are looking for someone neat and tidy, no smokers. I have a cat so unsuitable for someone with allergies.

Location is ideal for uni students, especially Curtin as the 98/99 is around the corner. Or people who work in the city as that’s 10-15 mins away.
