The room available is a single room but can fit a double bed. If the double room is more suitable Im quite happy to have the single room. The flat is close to the city and femantle good location. The place has air conditioning and there is space to park 2 cars. Im an easygoing person. Im a Nurse so do a little bit of shift work.
