Hi my name is Ryan and I am 26 I live in the house on Bolderwood drive in south lakes with two other housemates Shaan 23 and Ewan 24. I work full time and the other two housemates study full time.We are looking for another person to move in and take up the spare room.The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with secure parking. We have pretty much all the creature comforts (dishwasher fridge deepfreeze wash machine dryer stove oven gym storage in the sheds cinema room foxtel internet….etc)The bedroom has a built in cupboard and has a double bed in it but if you have your own furniture we can take the bed out.The house is very close to murdoch university (very convenient for students) and close to the shops.Every one in the house are friends and we would like our potential roomate to join in with us. We are all big into our 4×4 ing boating and camping and generally like being out doors.Rent is $100 a week bills are separate.RegardsRyan
