Hi i have a room for rent in a aircond sec alarmed four bedroom house.A double bed and cupboard are offerd There is wireless internet available and utilities and phone and data usage are included in the rent.there is a large swimming pool in the back yard.This is suitable for a student as it close to northlake road and not faraway from murdoch uni.
