We have a single room available to rent now in the heart of Vic Park. Its walking distance to shops public transport 10 minute drive to the city and Curtin university. Views of the city and burswood from our balcony. The room is unfurnished and a little on the small size but will fit a double bed. The rest of the house is fully furnished (will still welcome new furniture/appliances if you have em).The room is $120 plus electricity gas and internet.
