A great villa in Victoria Park only one street away from the river and close to the bus stop to get into the Perth CBD and Curtin University. Location is about a 20 minute walk from the Victoria Park strip which has many awesome cafe and restaurants.

The room has a sofa-bed, but if you have your own bedroom furniture, you are more than welcome to use that

Bathroom is shared with me and there is an extra toilet.

I have a well-equipped kitchen as well

There is parking available but it is tandem – we have to park cars one behind the other.
