We have a room available in our brand new townhouse in Victoria Park. The living areas and bedroom are fully furnished with modern furniture. There are two bathrooms (three toilets), ducted air conditioning throughout and we are getting wifi soon. The bedroom comes with a double bed, tall boy, 2 bedside tables and a built in robe.

We are both single (31 yo male and 26 yo female) in full time professional employment and are looking for someone in a similar situation. We would like to get someone who is friendly, easy going, clean and respectful and who will be reliable with rent/bill payments. We would prefer someone who is willing to stay long term (6 months minimum) but will consider a shorter stay for the right person.

All bills will be split three ways. Move in costs will be 2 weeks rent up front ($370) plus four weeks rent for bond ($740). Total move in cost of $1,110.
