Very nice well located 4×2 home and nice in the yard. Pets are considered. Centro Warnbro not too far away and neither is the beach. All in all, be grateful that these tenants are moving on for the right reason as it gives you an opportunity to lease a great home with a great ownwer.of course we as the managing agents are also lovely people!!
