Room for rent in a 4×2 House in Willagee from the 10th of July. Nice modern home with 3 people aged 23 (M) 24(F) and 24(M). Two university students and a full time professional. We have two beagles. House is furnished (fridge TV dishwasher washing machine etc) except for furniture in the actual bedroom.The bedroom has BIR and is easily large enough for a double bed desk and drawers.House is 5 minute drive to Fremantle and Murdoch University and shops within walking distance. We are people who enjoy a good time but still like to keep the house clean and well-maintained.Rent contract finishes on 30th October.Rent is $140 per week (inc. bills).$12 extra per week if you would like to go in on our Internet and Foxtel.
