Hi There is a fully furnished room available for rent in a 5 bedrooms house in Manning Road Wilson. You will be sharing the bathroom with one guy. The rent is $160/w excluding bills (gas water elec. internet). Also notice that there will be (4 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent) in advance Male/Female both are okay. Smoking is allowed outside. NO car parking is available nor within the house premises nor outside since the property is on Manning Road. We are looking for a desent person who may share rent bills and do his/her own cleaning.
