Our recently renovated beach house is situated in Perth’s most premier beach side suburb of City Beach. We are within walking distance to public transport, the beach (across the road!), restaurants, numerous parks and the tennis club. The house is three bedroom and would comfortably sleep a family of four or five. The house has a relaxed feel and we invite you to enjoy it as much as we do!

We will be on hand (in the neighbourhood) should you have any problemsqueries.

City Beach, Perth’s premier and most centrally located beach – directly west of the city. 15 minutes to the CBD, 5 minutes to the shops, 2 minutes (by foot) to the beach.

There is parking for 2 cars as well as a bus stop a few doors down.

Pets are welcome (must be well behaved) and there is a large front and back yard enclosed that is suitable for children.

Would be suitable for all ages families or couples who want to be in a central location of Perth.

There is secure parking on the premises for 2 cars plus and plenty of street parking.
