T- The first housemate is Sam. He is a 21 year old, enjoys surfing, reading and fixing old bikes.

H – High ceilings (high hopes), wooden floors throughout. This house has three bedrooms, spacious kitchen and lounge room, one bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.

O – Only 5 minute walk to the North Fremantle train station, 7 minute walk to the beach. Also located very close to Mojo’s, Flipside, deli and several bottle shops!

M – Male or female housemate wanted, preferably non-smoker. We are a clean, relaxed household who is looking for a like-minded housemate. We are friendly and social but also appreciate quiet times! The importance of siestas cannot be underestimated.

P – Phoebe is the other housemate. She is also 23 (soon to be 24 HOLLLAA!), enjoys film and art making, drinking tea and denim.

S – Sunny and sizeable backyard. Features include outside bathtub, unused chicken coop, blow-up paddling pool, plastic flamingos and numerous plants and trees.

O – OHMYGOD ROOMS ROOMS ROOMS AVALIABLE!*

N – Nickleback fans need not apply. Also no couples, no pets.

R – Rent $170 per week. Bills included (wifi avaliable but extra cost).

D – Dwight Shrute, “‘R’ is the most menacing of sounds. That’s why they call it ‘murder’, not ‘mukduk’”. We love The Office.
