HiI have just taken on a 6 months lease of an awesome modern Apartment in Subiaco Centro on Roberts road and am looking for an easy going clean house mate to move in with me.The apartment is 2 story 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Upstairs has the bedrooms which are both double size and you will have your own bathroom. Downstairs is where the modern kitchen is with the living area and a nice entertaining balcony facing roberts road.The pics are off the current tenants but I will be fully furnishing it myself with my own style and will receive the keys on the 30th of September so would prefer someone to move in soon after. The apartment has a train station close by with many cafes retail shops pubs and everything you will need in walking distance.I have a professional job as a pilot during the week but I like to enjoy myself on the weekends and catch up with friends.I would prefer some one whom is in there 20s clean easy going social-able personality who is active and generally has a fun personality. On the serious side i do need someone who cleans up after themselves and will feel like they will have as much respect for the apartment as I do.
