Large, modern (5 years old), luxurious home very roomy. Full size carpeted double room with walk in robe and your own fully equipped bathroom/toilet. The rest of the huge house is shared with me including a workout room, home cinema, huge outdoor patio and large back lawn. All utilities including wireless internet included in the price.

A good quality queen size bed is available if needed. Extra storage space is available in adjacent spare room. The room is at the other end of the house to mine so you have full privacy.

I work as an engineer and also studying part time.

I am a very easygoing and trustworthy guy so you won’t have any drama’s living with me. I’m keen to get a dog so someone who likes dogs would be ideal.
