Owner’s Comment:
I was attracted to the house because it looked well built and well maintained, it was the ‘nothing to do’ and quiet leafy street that made me choose it. For me the decider was how clean it was, and the lay out, as the double doors can be closed to allow privacy for a tenant or flat mate.
The neighbours are just lovely, the street is so very quiet, and its an easy walk up to the Brindabella golf club which has been refurbished to include bar, bistro, large veranda, and a sports bar with lots of live sports and a TAB.
