Owner’s Comment:
What attracted me most when I first saw this house was its light-filled living area with courtyards on two sides. The garden was green and leafy and enclosed a beautiful outdoor area for entertaining. Inside, the open plan kitchen, dining and living space meant I could cook and chat with my family and friends while preparing a meal.
I have found the layout of the upstairs area to be very practical, with the second and third bedrooms and the main bathroom quite separate from the large master bedroom and ensuite.
The location of the complex is ideal, within walking distance of both the Yarralumla and Deakin shopping centres.
This has been a lovely place to live. All eight townhouses are owner-occupied and there is a very friendly atmosphere. I believe that the new owners will enjoy living here as much as I have valued being a part of this small community.
