You know what, I really like this place, it has a good feel, it would be a comfortable fit for anyone that has a bit of style.

There are heaps of really cool features about this home, for instance the bathroom is “oh my god, like totally awesome”… that’s teenage speak for really really nice. It has been recently renovated and features a free standing bath and stone feature walls. The living areas all feature polished floors and the floor plan has a casual but elegant feel.

The outdoor entertaining areas all face North and the jewel in the crown is the BRAND NEW super dazzling in-ground pool.

The location is absolutely terrific, just a few minutes and you are at the beach, there are heaps of lovely walking trails close by and the school is just down the road. My advice is to come and have a look for yourself, I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed!!
