No 13 Hardys Bay Parade is accessed via a private waterside road from Hardys Bay Parade.
You can launch your kayak from the garage and paddle out to fish or crab.
A short walk away are Hardys Bay fine restaurants, delicatessen, bottle shop, gift and garden shop.
Killcare surf beach is a 20-minute walk or 5 minute drive away.
