In a land not so far away lived a lovely man who wanted to sell his property so he could live closer to his family. So one day he called his local real estate agent to come and have a look at the property. The real estate agent jumped straight in the car and just a few minutes from town on the sealed road he came to the front gates of the huge 70 acre property. Over the wooden bridge and up the hill he passed all of the quality fencing and found the three bedroom, two bathroom cottage with views over all the lands. The lovely man showed the real estate agent the pool, the air conditioner, the four bay machinery shed and the four dams on the property where he runs his cows in the cleared open paddocks. The real estate agent gave the man an idea of what the property would sell for and the man said “sell it” so the real estate agent started searching all the lands to find out what people would pay for this unique offering.
