This large family home is located in the rainforest about nine kilometres from the unique town of Bellingen on the mid north coast of NSW. Bellingen is famous for its music and other cultural activities as well as many coffee shops and cafes. The large centre of Coffs Harbour is forty minutes away with specialist medical services and large shopping area.
The house has three large bedrooms, two of which are 3.3 metres by 5.3 metres. The third which is currently being used as an art studio is 4.6 by 5.2 metres.photos can be supplied on request of this room.

The house is located on Shamballa Cooperative where the members jointly own about 700 acres of mainly rainforest with clearings around each of the 17 houses. Council rates are included in the $15 per person per week levy which also covers road maintenance and mowing of common areas as well as other common costs.The community at Shamballa is an affirming and co-operative group of people.
Since the land is owned jointly by the members there is no stamp duty on the purchase. To become a member of Shamballa includes purchasing a share to the amount of $2.500.
The house has solar hot water which can be boosted by electricity when needed.
Two large tanks supply water which is normally plenty given Bellingen’s high rainfall. Capacity is about 45,000 litres for each of two tanks.
There is an NBN internet satellite connection on the house.
A small vegetable garden, mandarin, orange and lemon trees provide the basis for more production of fruit and vegetables.
There is a school bus service that comes to Shamballa for the public schools and Chrysallis school (Rudolf Steiner).
