Sea Dreamin’ at Byron sits high on Honeysuckle Hill with panoramic views north to Arakwal National Park and south to Cocked Hat Rock at Broken Head. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and living areas from the western deck through the open plan interior to the seaside decks high above Dolphin’s Beach.

There are five decks in all and from May to October you’ll see whales breeching close to shore from the back deck as they migrate to and from Antarctica. Dolphins surfing the beach-break will become too common to mention. You can even see them from 4 of the bedrooms. All year round Sea Dreamin’ at Byron is the perfect place to be.

The mercury is set to warm. The ocean is blue and green. The lorikeets are screaming. The moist breeze comes off the ocean and runs up the hill to quench Sea Dreamin’ at Byron. In winter Byron is cool enough for an evening fire in either of the two wood burning fireplaces and still warm enough for your daily swim.

Secreted away on the hill and right in the middle of the action, Sea Dreamin’ is in a quiet dead-end street and only three minutes from lively Byron Bay town centre. Walkers can take the 20 minute scenic track to town and after a 12 minute stroll take a refreshing swim at Clarke’s beach or a refreshment at The Beach Cafe.

The breezes are everywhere, front deck, back deck, bedroom decks. The sunsets over the Pacific can be the party starter or the a place for a cool after work drink. The sunset from the west deck gives relief from the ever present water views over Dolphin’s Beach. Instead take in the hinterland and Mt Warning views, and to your right, another water view to mythical Julian Rocks.

In keeping with the quality of the property, the interior is graced with 250mm floor boards, kitchen benches and staircases all constructed using recycled hardwood from the Teneriffe Wharf in Brisbane and the windows are double hung red cedar hardwood.

The spacious bedrooms upstairs have ensuites adjacent to their private decks. You can quickly de-salt in the shower and open the curtains to take in the wonderful ocean view.
