The aerial photos highlight two things about the high quality rural residential area of Gulmarrad. The first it is not that far to the Clarence River and the second is that you are not living on top of your neighbour as all homes are on at least one acre of ground. In fact in terms of “immediate” neighbours it is likely that you will only ever have one due to the bushland backdrop to the rear and battleaxe blocks on the western boundary, your neighbours will be further away then most in the Gulmarrad area.

What the aerial photo doesn’t show is that the neighbouring homes at location are well established and of the highest quality which can only benefit your investment. It’s towards the end of a cu de sac so there will only be minimal passing traffic so if it is peace and quiet you are looking for then why not start your search here.

Small acreage North Coast living in the Gulmarrad area is second to none in terms of value. Within 15 to 20 minutes drive and you can enjoy beach life at either Brooms Head or Yamba. Five minutes drive and you can enjoy the vibrant riverside centre and services of Maclean. All at a price far more affordable then that of our coastal neighbours to the North and South.
