The historic Boat Harbour Store’ is thought to be the oldest surviving house in Gerringong.
Set on the ridge above Boat Harbour it was the hub of the Gerringong’s community until the mid-1890′s. Originally supplies were shipped to Boat Harbour, carted up to the store and then on sold. For a period it was also used as the Post Office and for Municipal Council meetings.
Now the old and new have been harmonised into a splendid home, ideal as a permanent residence or weekender. Comprising of an open plan family room and kitchen, separate living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two covered verandahs, historic attic, under house storage rum cellar and a separate lock up garage.
Enjoy entertaining family and friends in the sun filled garden and the best of coastal living.
