Vendors words..
When inspecting this house eight years ago we could immediately see the practicality and functional aspects of the layout and design. The quiet leafy cul de sac was an added bonus. The wonderful northerly aspect that allows winter sun to flood in from dawn to dusk is one of the most endearing features of this home. I have particularly enjoyed the double garage with room for my tools and workshop space. The living areas and bedrooms allow us to enjoy family and friends visits and gatherings, yet you can recede to a private place for some quiet time as well. This warm, clean and easily maintained house has been a wonderful place to live but sadly we must move on. We will miss our lovely garden and good neighbours.
