THE ENTITY THAT CAN RELEASE VARY OR MODIFY THE RESTRICTION IN NEW SOUTH WALES LAND AND HOUSING CORPORATION , HOWEVER, THIS RESTRICTION SHALL AUTOMATICALLY EXPIRE SEVEN YEARS FROM THE DATE OF REGISTRATION AND NO LONGER APPLY THEREAFTER.
