Remarks

Myall was taken up by the Jardine family in 1903 and has remained in the family ever since. It is a noted quality farming property in one of the prime areas of Moree Plains Shire. Approx 800 hectares are planted to chickpeas providing the opportunity for higher yields in 2013 whilst the remaining cultivation is ready for planting to a summer crop under an existing lease. Accordingly the purchaser will have access to the fallowed land until this crop is harvested with settlement taking place on March 31st.
