Storages:
There are two main storages and an additional surge storage which takes advantage of the overflows from Rangari Creek.

The storage capacity comprises a main storage and surge area with a combined capacity of approximately 1800 megalitres.

The property has an arrangement with the Gunnedah Shire to take all recycled water from the Gunnedah township, which is piped to the property by the council and made available at $92 per meg (approx 450-600 megalitres).

Irrigation Development:
The irrigation fields are well developed with large capacity permanent head ditches well developed tailwater recirculation system, module pads and well developed bores.

The fields have a fall of approx 1 in 300, therefore there has been little in the way of laser levelling, however the fields are uniform, have been upgraded and water well. The soil types are suited to irrigation.
