IRRIGATION DEVELOPMENT:

The water is administered under the provision of Zone 4 Upper and Lower Namoi Groundwater Water Share Plan. The irrigation development comprises 4 regular shaped fields that have been lasered, totalling 209.80 hectares. The main delivery channel has been removed but could be redeveloped. FENCING:
The road boundary is in quite sound stock proof condition. All internal fencing has been removed, and there is no fencing between the neighboring block and this block on the eastern side.

The property has an equipped Bore at the buildings with submersible servicing the buildings + spray water, as well as 2 x solar equipped bores. Spray water is accumulated via a 90,000L concrete tank.
