Woodleigh is located 15km south east of Ganmain and 40km west of Wagga Wagga on the Brushwood Road.

The 678 acres of soft red loam soils have been conservatively managed with regual soil testing, fetiliser and lime applications and stubble retention practices. Native timber is Murray Pine and Grey Box.

The district annual average rainfall is 487mm and the property has dams with good catchment and holding ability.

Infrastructure includes a 60′ x 25′ machinery shed. Fencing is in good order and Woodleigh is fenced into six paddocks.
