Wirrilla Vineyard is located at Jugiong a Hume Highway town in southern New South Wales 320km from Sydney, 127km from Canberra and 121km from Wagga Wagga.

Land area is 278.26ha with two parcels known as Homestead and Point Blocks. Each parcel is on it’s own separate title.

Homestead is 156.16ha with 131.18ha planted to vines and Point is 122.10ha with 50.18ha planted to vines.

In 2013 under production are 75.6 hectares of Shiraz, 17.9 hectares of Cabernet Sauvigion and 9.9 hectares of Merlot and there is a grape supply contract in place for the 2013 vintage.

District average rainfall is 615mm. The vineyards are watered from a 650ML Murrumbidgee general security river water licence with two access points. Water is pumped to holding dams on each parcel and distributed through an automatic irrigation system.

Improvements include a 2BR, 1bth cottage that encompases a kitchen, living room and serves as an office, a brick machinery/chemical shed, storage shed, cement pad and two pump sheds one at each dam.
