It’s so quiet here , you will hardly believe it !! Facing south east, the usable balcony lends it self to that quiet Cuppa whilst you ponder the meaning of life ( or any other thought process that you wish! )
This is a good one bedder located on the very top floor facing South esat with extensive bush and valley views over the Woronora Valley to Engadine and beyond; the water views to Woronora are also preety good as well !!!!
These over 55′s units are good value, and almost all residents are owner occupiers; the atmosphere here is very good. You have “the old dining room” as a great meeting and function area, you have a gym room, a small library, an on site manager and ample outside non allocated parking for the one bedders. Most people find it a little hard to adjust from moving from a bigger home to these units, but almost everyone says the same thing, ” I should have done it earlier! ”
