Kedron is a killer location if you don’t know it well and this pocket is no exception, sitting between Webster and Gympie Road (which means buses people!). You are spoilt for school choice in this area (including some of the best private schools), Stafford shops are a stones throw away, there’s plenty of parks and all the other bits n pieces you need for day to day living.
This is a killer of a property as far as space goes. Surely most fams won’t need more than 5 bedrooms (one of them is set up for dual living/teenagers with its own shower/toilet and kitchenette), a big kitchen, open plan living space and two bathrooms upstairs.
There’s a single LU garage + carport to house the family vehicles, but importantly there’s a workshop/storage space as well (or maybe visualizing a poker den dad?!).
Outside won’t disappoint either with a fully fenced yard, big entertaining area, a powered shed (oh that may be a better poker den!) as well as a cosy front deck.
