Known as the underground sale’, this type of listing is becoming an increasingly popular choice by many sellers for a variety of reasons.

How does it work?
I have secured successful sales for clients (Vendors and Buyers) using the underground sale’ option.
By cross matching the seller’s property with our buyer database, I actively look for as many good matches as I can find. I contact those buyers to let them know about the property I have listed silently.
It can also work the other way around. Buyers approach the me with their specific needs and I then assesses all listed (underground and advertised) properties to find a suitable match. Either way, it’s a process of cross matching and connecting.
