The water is heated via gas, and the kitchen stove and oven and the outside barbecue are gas.
The culdesac is very family friendly. It’s an easy walk to Spotlight and the Capalaba shops. There is a direct bus to Cleveland, a direct bus to uni (Griffith) and a direct bus into town. Birkdale railway station is a short drive away.
This has been a great house for the family, but with only 2 of us now, it’s time to down size.
