CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS TO SELL
Yearning for a White Picket Fenced, Twin Gabled Roofed, with Bay Window and Polished Pine Floors residence in which to raise a family? Look no further. Meticulously maintained, and resting upon a big 810m2 block (the old 32 perch size) it’s so appealing from the street and with a whole lot more to offer inside. Step out of the family room to the patio out back with ideal northerly aspect encompassing a large, beautifully tended garden and grassed areas. The home is centrally positioned on the wide block allowing a natural green buffer zone’ from homes either side. Peak hour traffic is a distant memory in this quiet and calming outdoor space, swaying palms and exposed aggregate pathways complete the picture. Brisbane City Council zoning in this pocket means blocks of units are prohibited.
The 1920′s character features inside are fastidiously maintained. Layout includes the kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a study/sleepout, 1 bathroom, and 2 separate toilets and laundry, either side of a wide open plan lounge and dining space with a family room opening to part covered entertaining space. The peaceful aspect through the bay window is all trees and sky. A newly painted verandah on the east side provides an extra outdoor living option.
Downstairs is largely paved, and very usable as a covered and secure area. DIY work and weights area, kids hobby or just lots of dry lockable storage. Of course the obvious option is to build in under and add bedrooms, rumpus, home office, whatever.
There’s space for 2 cars off street, including a covered carport.

LEGACY WAY TUNNEL EASES LOCAL INDOOROOPILLY TRAFFIC
To the west lies Brisbane’s $1.5 billion infrastructure upgrade, the Legacy Way Tunnel on the Western Freeway. 4.6km long and recently opened, it diverts through traffic coming in from the west of Brisbane, connecting to the existing Inner City Bypass. The freeway is now a joy to travel on given the reduced peak-hour freeway congestion.
This has meant a very noticeable easing of traffic levels especially in Indooroopilly and Taringa, freeing up local arterials such as Moggill Road.
