Two bedrooms have free-standing wardrobes fixed to the wall. The large living/dining room has a beautiful polished hardwood floor and can be opened on 3 sides for ventilation, or simply chill out using the home’s 4th split-system air conditioner. Kitchen and bathroom are no nonsense, functional and practical.
Downstairs is the lock-up garage, separate lockable laundry and all the storage space you could ask for. The property is oriented almost due north/south with a lovely leafy aspect to the north/northeast.

LEGACY WAY TUNNEL = LESS LOCAL TRAFFIC
To the west lies Brisbane’s $1.5 billion infrastructure upgrade, the Legacy Way Tunnel on the Western Freeway. 4.6km long, it diverts through traffic coming in from the west of Brisbane, connecting to the existing Inner City Bypass. This has meant a very noticeable easing of local traffic levels especially in Taringa, freeing up local arterials such as Moggill Road and lesser notorious rat run’ streets. Freeway travel to the City is now easy given the reduced peak-hour congestion.
