LOCATION : Eight kilometers to the homestead from Jundah and approx 225 km south west from the major centre of Longreach.

COUNTRY : “Braidwood” consists of approximately 19,000 acres of Thomson river flood inundation country, 25,000 acres of Mitchell grass downs, 25,000 acres of beneficial pebbly Mulga country, balance is a useful mix of creeks and associated flats incurring occasional flooding with a small area of arable range country.
Grasses include Mitchell, Button, Buffel, Flinders, Bluegrass and herbages in season.
