I want a nice location, in a good street, with a nice outlook. The house should have at least 4 big bedrooms, plus a study and a decent kitchen with plenty of bench space. Oh, and I want big living areas nothing pokey ! I don’t want a small block, it needs to be an acre, preferably 2, and useable, so no lifestyle blocks. Don’t waste my time with badly presented homes, I want something that’s ready for us to move in and enjoy, and preferably something with a bit of character. We have friends over regularly, so a big entertainment area is important. Hubby has a few toys, so a decent sized shed is a must. A pool would be good for the kids and a cubby would be a bonus. Oh, and it needs to be close to town, I don’t want to drive miles to Coles or Woolies.
In my opinion as an agent, a reasonable wish list, that is often surprisingly difficult to satisfy.
