There are good homes, there are some that are better and then there are the best the homes that you walk into and give you that WOW factor. Homes that make you realise what you have been missing. Homes that stay with you, long after the inspection is over. Homes like this one!
This bright and inviting large family home has been built and then finished to a high standard. So good in fact, that the original owners decided to keep it, just in case they changed their mind, after they moved out.
However, the decision has now been made, and it’s here to be sold. Incidentally, the rental return is VERY good, which I’m happy to discuss.
A study and 4 bedrooms will be revealed at your inspection. The master bedroom is particularly spacious, with his and hers mirror robes and a superb en-suite with twin sink vanity and a huge double shower. Master bedrooms are rarely better than this! Bedroom 4 was designed as a bedroom or home office the choice is yours. Incidentally, there is also a 2nd study area in addition to the dedicated study. Quite clever in my opinion, see what you think.
The living areas will impress with both their sense of space and also the dramatic ceiling treatment both enjoying raked feature ceilings and one with a curved feature wall, as you can see in the images; two physical areas giving family, dining, living and meals functionality.
The 5 Burner gas cooking range is without doubt the focal point of this family sized kitchen, complimented by a wide cooker hood above and a similarly wide electric oven below. Even the Dishwasher will impress BOSCH appliances are always good news in my experience.
The family bathroom, like the en-suite is both tasteful and well appointed. The laundry too is good news, with a drop in tub and a useful amount of bench space.
Even the double lockup has a surprise in store in this case a workshop or storage area often sought but seldom found and sooooo handy!
So if you have been searching for a bright, modern well-appointed and VERY spacious place to call home, then I suspect you will find few (if any) homes in the area that can realistically compare. I could be wrong, but I really don’t think so
